Cinnamon Swirl Pastries | (a cheats) Recipe

I woke up on a Sunday ravenous with bare cupboards, after some crazed rummaging through the freezer I found some puff pastry and I knew exactly what I wanted to do with it!
I posted a picture on Instagram and it got a lot of loving, so I thought I would post the (super easy) recipe here, for anyone else who has woken up hangry and needs a little bit of comfort food!

You will need:
Puff pastry
a knob of Butter

Simply flour your worktop and roll out the puff pastry, soften the butter and spread over the pastry then sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon to taste (I love cinnamon!)

Now roll the puff pastry up into a log, cut into inch thick pieces and place on a baking tray
Cinnamon.Swirl.RecipeBake on a fan setting at 200 for 20-30 mins (keep an eye on it) and Voila!
I drizzled mine in some Vanilla Icing – delicious!

What’s your go to breakfast?
Freya xo

Err, hello you genius! I always make them from scratch and it takes hours because of the yeast! Never thought of using pre made pastry. So trying these! X
